Our team has achieved several key milestones this quarter, including:

• April fiscal exceeded 82% Participation for XM - April 83.88%

• Month over month we exceeded 92% Adherence - April fiscal 92.41 and May fiscal 92.22

• Progressed 5 employees in the CareerADVANCE Model

• 77.8% Your Voice Participation

These results reflect the strength of our collaboration, innovation, and commitment to excellence we have. While we’ve made great progress, we also recognize areas where we can grow, and we’re already working on strategies to improve and build on this momentum in Q3.
